Notes

Ran to Evergreen and did the 3K hill circuit twice just as on October 16. Really pushed it this time running hard between the hills. Maxed out a bit on the hills the second time through. Legs were pretty shot running home and I was starting to feel a drop in energy too. Knee held up OK but I don't think my feet like the Hokas for longer runs as the balls of my feet really started to ache coming home. Stopped for water twice, before and after the circuits, as the heat came back today.

The first climb is about 11.1% over 235m (26m gain)

The second climb is about 9.2% over 130m (12m gain)

Not sure about the switchbacks length as it doesn't show on Google yet but the elevation gain should be about 28m

The final climb is about 12.8% over 180m (23m gain)

In all about 97m gain on the loop.

Compared to October 16, ended up running the circuit about 35 seconds faster on the first go-around and 17 seconds faster on the second. The hills were run about the same pace so the time made up was mostly in between.
