A bit of DOMs from yesterday, wanted to take this tempo a little easier and save a big effort for Sunday's workout. First half was into a steady wind from the east. Legs felt a little heavy to start but was able to maintain a relaxed effort barely hitting tempo breathing by turnaround. After turnaround with wind behind me I began to pick up the pace a bit hitting tempo effort and finishing strong without emptying the tank. Cool down was a breeze as I figure I only gave it a real solid effort for the last 2-3k.
