Leg workout today, went pretty good, felt like I had good depth and control with squats.
Squats - 1x10x95, 1x8x105, 1x6x115, 1x4x125, 1x2x135
Stationary lunges - 4x8x14kg kbs
Leg Extensions + Glute kickbacks
