Notes

Last set of overhead press a real grinder. Squats felt much better than last week, paused first rep of each set. Knee still a bother but not horrible. Worked on some new bench techniques like keeping my legs out more and trying to flare elbow when pressing weight off chest. Felt a little odd and not sure if I got the same leg drive but will try again next week.

Overhead Press - 1x5x65, 1x5x75, 1x5x90, 1x5x100, 1x5x110

Paused Bench Press - 3x5x155

1 Arm Kettlebell Press - 3x8x16kg

Front + Lateral Raises - 3x8x20

Rear Delt Cables - 3 sets

Reverse barbell lunges - 1x8x45, 1x8x65, 1x8x85
