Mostly leg workout, squats feeling a bit stronger but still some shifting to my left and a bit of caving in at the knees. Paused the first rep up to 135.

Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x5x135, 1x3x145, 1x3x155, 1x1x165

Walking Lunges - 1x12x30lb dbs, 1x8x40, 1x6x50

Glute Ham Raises + Glute Kickbacks + L-Sit Chin Ups + Step Ups - 3 sets
