Squats pretty strong, felt like a did a pretty good job staying tight and keeping torso straight, driving through my legs, just like last week. Bounced all 5 reps at 95, first 3 at 115, and first ones at 120 and 125

Front Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x5x120, 1x5x125, 1x5x130

Step Ups - 1x8x45, 1x8x65, 1x8x75, 1x6x85

Split Squats - 3x8x40lb dbs

Leg Extensions + Pull Ups + Ab Wheel
