Didn't have the best sleep last night so feeling a little low today. Still feel like I am getting stronger though. Paused all reps at 95 first 3 at 105 and first reps at 115.
Front Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x105, 2x5x115
Reverse Lunges - 1x8x65, 1x8x75, 1x8x85
Single Leg Stiff Leg Deadlifts - 1x8x45, 1x8x55, 1x8x65
Glute Pull Throughs + Wide Grip Pull Ups + Ab wheel
