Notes
It was hot today with sun out and dew point in high mid to high teens. Probably should have taken on more water as I only stopped around 5K, 9K, and 13K. Definitely started suffering after about 11K. Achilles was a little achy and sore after but not horrible. Still some DOMs from leg day.
