Wasn't sure whether to take a rest or not. In the end decided to do an easy run before meeting up with L to visit Equinox. Wore my Patti Smith shirt and L's HRM, still not working, at a lost. Weather was quite nice and I felt good outside of some right ankle and achilles pain, maybe a bit slow in first few kms. Got trapped behind Cherry St. bridge and had to run east before hailing a cab to meet L.
