Workout at gym, deadlifts were really hard, couldn't get into bench so failed the last rep but came close, not sure if doing bench after deadlift like this is going to help as deadlift totally exhausts me. Program was 3 reps at 80%, 85%, 90%
Deadlift - 1x5x135, 1x3x185, 1x1x215, 1x3x230, 1x3x245, 1x3x255
Bench Press - 1x3x160, 1x3x170, 1x2x180
Close Grip Bench Press - 2x8x135, 1x6x135
Pull-Ups - 3x5x35 (from deadhang pretty much)
Some pistol progressions and ab work
