30 minute run on treadmill starting at 5.0 and quickly moving up into the 6's, peaked at 7.5 for a few minutes and felt pretty good aerobically, heart rate around 153 when I checked. Soreness in the adductor throughout, feels really tight but no pain which is good. Some soreness after but no noticeable pain. I would say it felt better overall than yesterday's run. Will take a break tomorrow.
Did a workout after the run, both weight belts appear to be missing which sucks.
Bench Press - 3x5x155 (bit harder than last week but pleased with effort especially after run)
Dips - 1x8x35, 2x8x45 (held dumbbell with feet on dip station)
Chin-Ups - 1x10x10, 2x4x25 (held weight between legs, took a lot of energy)
Side Squats - 1x6x20, 2x6x40 (felt weird at first but last 2 sets were good, no soreness in groin area)
