Notes

Took it easy at gym, just worked on deadlift form. Was really tiring even doing just the 3 sets but was pleased with how the deadlifts felt. Really focused on maintaining lat tightness and lifting chest while keeping hips back and down. Also not rounding lower back when taking breath and tightening before pull. Did some box jumps before and was able to progress up to 38 inches. Did 5 at 36 inches, 3 at 37 inches and 2 at 38 inches.

Deadlifts - 1x5x135, 1x5x185, 3x5x225

Wide Grip Pull Ups - 1x5, 4x6x25

Cable Rows - 4x10x125

Lat Pressdowns + L-Sit Chin Ups + Glute Pull Throughs + Hamstring Curls
