Good workout today. With overhead press I decided to repeat the last cycle except this time pausing at the bottom to reset really focusing on contracting quads, squeezing glutes, and bracing core - this eliminates pretty much all the stretch reflex. Felt like I made a lot of progress as was in much better control of the lift and felt much more powerful rather than just using momentum. Bench press was really strong with no pauses between reps. Tried back squats for the first time in a while and felt pretty strong pausing the first rep of every set but not sure how my knee liked it as it is sore after.

Overhead Press - 1x5x65, 1x5x75, 1x5x85, 1x5x95, 1x6x105

Back Squats - 1x8x95, 1x5x115, 3x5x135

Bench Press - 3x8x170

1 Arm kettlebell press - 1x10x16kg, 2x8x16kg

Lateral Raises + face pulls
