Notes

Just wasn't feeling this workout. For first 2 sets of overhead press I paused at bottom but this took a lot out of me really tiring my upper body. 3rd set of bench was especially hard. Worked on gripping in palm which I felt got my chest more involved and kept pressure off my wrists but at the same time didn't feel I had as much control of the bar.

Overhead Press - 3x10x95, 1x8x95

Bench Press - 3x15x135

Dips - 4x10x25

Rear Delt machine - 4x12x100

Tricep Rope Extensions + Lat Raises - 4 sets
