Bench workout was ok today although I really wanted closer to 10 reps at 185. Triples felt better than past couple of weeks. Singles were heavy. Pretty much every last rep had some butt lift.

Incline DB Press - 4x10x55
Dips - 1x8x45, 2x8x70, 1x8x45
