Bench Press went OK, tried for a 6th rep but I shouldn't have as it wasn't really close. Squats felt tough at the end but I think I'm getting better at maintaining tightness and staying upright coming out of the hole.

Pause Bench Press - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x3x135, 1x3x155, 1x5x175

Incline DB Press - 4x12x45

Dips - 4x10x25

DB Flys - 4x10x40

Tricep Pressdowns - 2x20x35, 2x15x35

Pause Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x3x135, 1x5x115
