Notes

Went to gym to do workout as it was ridiculously hot outside. Wanted to do 4xmile at 10.0 with .25 mile rest at 6.0. First 2 reps were pretty comfortable, especially the 2nd one as they felt more like tempos so I bumped up the speed to 10.1 for the 3rd rep. Finished the 3rd rep feeling strong although it was starting to get hard so I bumped up the 4th rep to 10.2. Worked hard during the middle of the rep and breathing became accelerated in last 400m. Still felt pretty much in control and definitely could have finished faster. All reps were done at 0% incline so they weren't as fast as what I originally thought once taking into account adjustments. Still a good workout considering the effort averaging around 6:10 per 1600m. Would like to see this drop below 6:05 though.
