Wasn't feeling it today, deadlifts felt very hard at 225, really focused on driving with legs. Groin getting better.
Trap Bar Deadlifts - 1x8x135, 1x5x185, 1x5x205, 3x5x225
Bench Press - 3x12x135 (last set a real grinder)
Split Squats - 3x8x12kg kettlebells
Hang Cleans, 1 arm presses with 12kg kettlebell
