Saved legs so worked on chest and back. Bench press started off really slow but found a bit of a groove by the last set, could have probably gone for 10 reps but didn't want to push it.

Bench Press - 1x5x135, 2x5x155, 1x9x155

Dips - 1x8x25, 3x8x45

Wide Grip Pull Ups - 1x6, 3x6x25

Cable Rows - 1x12x100, 2x8x120

Lat Pressdowns - 3x10x50
