Wasn't feeling so bad today although Achilles was quite tight. Didn't seem like a great bother during tempo but it is so sore to the touch. Was sunny with humidity as dew point was around 18. A slight headwind on the way back. Felt really relaxed for the first two kms as I barely reached tempo breathing but by the turnaround the heat and I guess overall lack of fitness started getting to me as I felt like I was tying up and just couldn't generate the power needed - turnover throughout was pretty high but power lacking. By the 4th km I just wanted to survive and was still able to finish strong without fully emptying the tank. There was a bit of nauseousness at the end though so the run did take quite a bit out of me. In the end a few seconds slower than last week.
