Back and hips a little tight this morning from running yesterday. Deadlifts were pretty good on warmups and even first set at 265 was smooth. But I think this set took a lot out of me as 2nd set was pretty shaky, just couldn't get set the way I wanted. Also for some reason my left hand felt like it was slipping from the bar. Third set a little better, got tighter with more drive, was able to power my way through 8 reps with minimal loss in speed after the third rep. Was pretty tired for rest of workout though as pullups weren't the greatest again.
