Notes

Pretty good workout today, front squats felt quite strong and back and knees weren't too bad. Right side strong but a bit fragile today. Paused all reps at 95 and first 3 at 115 and first rep at 125.

Front Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x5x125, 1x5x135

Walking Lunges - 1x12x35, 2x8x35lb dbs

Single Leg BB Stiff Leg Deadlifts - 1x8x60, 1x8x65, 1x8x75

Leg Extensions + Wide Grip Pull Ups + Ab Wheel
