Gym workout went pretty good. Had a bit better depth with front squats; they felt quite hard but 2nd set at 135 was easier than first. Knees were ok as I felt more solid coming out of the hole. Got good hamstring tension and back extension with rack pulls, definitely could have gone heavier. Bench press was ok too, could have got more reps at 165.
