Left adductor, glutes and outer hip still quite tight and sore so just decided to do a small workout upstairs. Really uncomfortable to bench press up there and pallof presses were aborted due to not being able to get the proper set-up. Ended up only doing:
Bench Press - 1x6x106, 1x6x125, 3x5x145
Skullcrushers - 1x8x55, 3x6x65
Chin-Ups - 1x8x10, 1x6x25, 2x5x25
