Notes

Seemed to have recovered ok from the run yesterday. Decided to just do weights today though and was able to maintain the strength from last week although front the depth with front squats might not have been the greatest. Tried some kettlebell swings and they went ok although felt a bit awkward. Paused all reps at 95 first 3 at 105 and first reps at 115.

Front Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x105, 2x5x115

Reverse Lunges - 1x8x65, 2x8x85

Single Leg Stiff Leg Deadlifts - 1x8x45, 2x8x65
