Hip hasn't been feeling the greatest. Ok chest workout today, although 115 felt really heavy for some reason and I would have liked to get more reps at 185. Paused the first 3 sets of overhead press at bottom.
Bench Press - 1x5x115, 1x5x145, 1x5x165, 1x6x185, 1x30x115
Overhead Press - 3x5x95, 1x7x95
Dips - 1x8x25, 3x8x45
Pec Machine + Rope Pressdowns + Lat Raises
