Took it easy today as left groin is still bugging me. Started off with a cold max reps attempt on bench press. Not too happy with result. Need to get this at least up to 28 reps for pump and run. Took it at a moderate pace but got lazy with some reps not quite touching chest. Started pausing around 18. Did some light stuff for legs and worked a bit on snatches and cleans which felt really hard. Couldn't get above 65lbs for snatch and stopped at 115 for cleans.

Started off the workout with some plyometrics and was able to nail 3 box jumps at 36 inches. Plus do some single leg jumps at 18 inches. Left side definitely has more spring than right side.
