Warmed up for 2k, then ran around 5 minute pace for 2K before entering progression doing 2K at 4:36 pace, 2 at 4:17 pace, and 2 at 4:00 pace. Was quite hot in the gym, wasn't sure I would finish the workout but was able to push through.
