OK bench workout, took me a while to warm up and 175 and 185 felt heavier than it should have. Was able to push through at 195 getting the 6th rep with some butt lift. Worked on doubles after but had nothing at 205. 210 was much easier as I really focused on driving with my legs.
Bench Press - 1x5x135, 1x5x155, 1x5x175, 1x5x185, 1x6x195, 1x2x205, 1x2x210
Incline DB Press - 4x12x55
Dips - 3x8x45
Rope pushdowns + lat raises - 3 sets
