Notes

Run gym after workout, felt pretty good. Workout consisted of:

Deadlifts - 1x5x135, 1x5x155, 1x2x175, 3x5x185 (felt quite strong, trainer said form was perfect)

Walking Lunges - 1x7x50, 2x7x70 (w/barbell, a little off balance)

Bench Press - 1x5x135, 1x5x145, 1x5x155, 1x5x145, 1x5x135 (better than last time but still weak)

Some ab work
