Notes

Went to gym in afternoon.

Face Pulls - 3x12x35

Push Press - 3x5x100 (hard, yet easier than I thought it would be)

Rack Pulls - 3x5x175 (could probably go for 185 next week)

Split Squats - 3x8x40 (20db in each hand)

Pallof Press - 3x10x32.5

Bench Press - 115 ladder to 6 w/10 (quite hard at end of workout)

Did a 5k on the Concept2 rower after, getting better, got my heart rate up but still feel I am lacking technique, will work on foot placement and not over compressing at catch next time. Finished the 5k in 21:52 (2:11 pace). Endurance definitely better than strength at this point as it is a real effort to get the pace below 2:05.
