4x2k workout, was out late drinking last night so didn't feel too hot this morning. Goal was to do something around 10k pace (3:56-3:58), but fell apart in third rep. Noticed my left calf getting really tight after 1st rep, incredibly tight during cool down and after. Legs felt heavy from beginning but turnover wasn't too bad. Happy I finished somewhat strong and didn't cramp up. Probably went out too fast as there was some wind primarily from the south so the first 800m or so was into the wind.
