Sunny and boiling hot for first 5k, last 4k was thunderstorms so didn't feel that hot despite the continued heat and humidity. Left arch started hurting last couple of kms, right arch didn't feel that bad. Blister on left big toe was a bitch. Brought water and refilled around 7km at Cherry Beach.
