Notes

Wasn't really feeling front squats as lower body was a little worn down from this week's mileage. 95 felt pretty heavy as a first set. Did get into a bit of a groove by the time I hit 125, felt I was getting good quad activation but was having problems getting super deep and pushing through my heel. 135 was very hard as form was breaking down big time. Bench press was so-so with last set at 135 a real grinder, step ups getting better.
