Lost so much strength since going off creatine. At least I was able to do some Pendlay rows without aggravating hip.

Bench Press - 1x10x135, 1x10x155, 1x10x165, 1x5x175, 1x3x185

Overhead Press - 4x5x95

Cable Rows - 4x10x120

Pendlay Rows - 3x8x95
