Leg day, went better than expected as I'm still having quite a bit of tightness on left side + right knee has started bothering me.

Deadlifts - 1x5x135, 1x3x185, 1x3x205, 1x5x225, 1x5x245 (1st rep at 245 a little shaky but finished strong, some form breakdown but could have eked out a couple more reps)

Stiff Leg Deadlifts - 3x8x135

Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x5x125, 1x5x135 (tired by 135 so depth and form was weak)

Step Ups (w/10kg kettlebells) - 3x8
