Lifting has definitely stalled. It was nice to run today without DOMs and it seems like the explosive stuff I have done the last couple of days has given me a bit more bounce to my step. Today I really wanted to work up to 135 with OHP and the warm ups were pretty solid up to 115. First rep at 120 however was a grind. Was able to do 2 singles 125 but didn't come close at 130.
Proceeded to do some push press, took a while to get into a groove but still stalled out at 135. Didn't come close to hitting 140. Might start working more on push press. Right wrist was bugging me throughout also.
