Worked on keeping a shelf with my back for squats, found that this helped but still had problems with depth. Last sets at 95 felt ok. Happy with overhead press considering last week.
Squats - 1x5x95, 1x2x105, 1x2x115, 1x3x125, 1x3x135, 1x6x145, 3x10x95
Overhead Press - 1x5x75, 1x3x85, 1x1x95, 1x3x100, 1x3x105, 1x3x110, 1x5x95
