Notes
Ran on the Woodway downstairs, way hotter than upstairs but I think my legs like the surface better. Did a workout after consisting of:
Push Press - 1x6x65, 1x6x75, 1x6x85, 1x6x95 (maybe the easiest 95 has felt but still very hard)
Rack Pull - 1x8x95, 1x8x115, 1x8x135, 1x8x155 (hamstrings sore from run but felt pretty good otherwise)
Goblet Squat - 3x5 w/50lb dumbbell and holding for 5 seconds at the bottom (got very deep, felt good, could go heavier)
Bench Press - 135 ladder up to 5 w/15 second rest (completed it but felt hard)
Pallof Press - 3x10x27.5 (strongest I've felt with this, got a good squeeze in glutes)
