Push Press - 3x95 (not crazy hard, warmed up with bar and 75, left shoulder not feeling the greatest)

Rack Pulls - 1x8x95, 1x8x115, 2x8x135 (felt pretty good)

Squats - 1x8x45, 1x8x75, 1x8x95 (not the greatest depth, some discomfort in groin)

Pull-Ups (wide grip) - 1x6x10, 1x6x20, 2x5x30 (last 2 sets quite hard)

Leg Raises - 1x8, 2x6

Pallof Presses - 3x10x32.5

Did 30 minutes of elliptical after, easy running at 7/5 heart rate in high 130's, 2.86 miles, 185 cadence
