Notes

Depth not the best with squats and just couldn't hit 3 sets of 10. Step ups and split squats were pretty good though. Bounced all 5 reps at 95.

Front Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x105, 1x10x115, 2x8x115

Split Squats - 3x8x40lb dbs

Step Ups - 1x8x65, 1x8x75, 1x8x85

Leg Extensions + Pull Ups + Ab Wheel
