Not a good workout today. Was very windy on Lakeshore so the odd reps were quite difficult. Tried to cruise on even reps but just didn't have the power today and co-ordination seemed off. Part of this could be because of the extended warm-up, same as the workout in High Park that didn't go well. Rests were very slow despite not maxing out the reps. Cool down seemed to go ok but I did notice my right hip area was very tight and isn't feeling so good after. Tightness is running down the adductor so need to be careful.
