Shoulder workout. Overhead press a bit disappointing as I really wanted the 6th rep at 110. Felt pretty tired from the start and 5th rep in all sets was quite tough. Attempted a 6th rep in the final set after a brief pause at top of 5th rep but came up short. Final set at 95 and accessory work seemed strong though.
Overhead Press - 1x5x65, 1x5x85, 1x5x100, 3x5x110, 1x10x95
1 Arm KB Press - 2x10x16kg, 2x5x20kg
Front Raises - 3x12x25
Side Raises - 3x10x20
Rear Delt Machine - 4x10x100
