Split Squats - 1x6x40, 2x6x60 (w/dumbbells)

Leg Holds - 3x20 seconds on dip station tricep handles (done with split squats)

Dips - 3x8x45

Face Pulls - 3x12x42.5

Did 30 minutes on the elliptical after running 7/5, 2.83 miles, 182 cadence, heart rate in low 140's
