Easy run after training session. Worked on sprints again during session, felt pretty strong maxing out the Woodway for 10 seconds at 15% incline and 12.5 speed. Did a bit of strength work after:
Squats - 1x3x95, 1x3x115, 1x3x135, 1x3x155
Sumo Deadlifts - 1x3x135, 1x3x185, 1x2x225, 1x2x245, 1x2x265
