Hottest day of the year, temp + dewpoint = 167F!! Took cover in the Beltline protected by the trees and there were actually a few cool spots along the way which felt like running by an air conditioned building with the door open. Last 3kms were literally hell. Stopped to refill water in Brickworks at 5K and 11K. Muscles felt surprisingly good although I did wake up this morning with some lower left shin pain and a cramp in my left calf. Left calf still cramping after run along with a bit of left knee pain.
