Notes

Lower back/core feel really tight/weak. Legs getting a bit stronger though, still some DOMs and right hamstring is still tighter than it should be - really felt it doing single leg deadlifts.

Front Squats - 1x10x45, 1x6x65, 1x6x75, 1x6x85

Wide Grip Pull-Ups - 4 sets

Walking Lunges - 1x10x25, 2x10x30

Single Leg Deadlifts - 3x8x15lb db

Ab Wheel - 3 sets

Reverse Lunges - 3x8x45lb barbell
