Deadlifts were crazy hard, really felt them in upper back. Also took longer pause than normal in between reps. Tweaked my mid back a bit warming up and left glute feels weak and sore after, similar to what happened last time.

Barbell Rows - 4x6x135
Walking Lunges - 1x10x30lb dbs, 3x8x40 lb dbs
Angled Chin-Ups - 4x5x25
