Pretty much the same run as last week except I added on an extra easy rep at the end for a total of 10. Took the first 4 pretty easy while running the downhills at a pretty good clip. The 5th and 6th reps I injected a little more pace reaching a light tempo. The 7th rep was a pretty concerted effort but still in control with tempo effort. The 8th rep I emptied the tank and was able to drop 2 seconds from last week. Without stopping I continued on for 2 more easy reps. Legs were pretty tired coming home.
