Notes

Supposed to be an easy 5 miles after workout but started a program on the treadmill with a city course that kept adjusting the incline. Did 2 miles of constant incline up to 5-7% before shutting it down and just running easy at 7.2 eith no incline. Left calf quite tight and knotty but otherwise didn't feel too bad after yesterday's run.
